SEARHC in Alaska is seeking an Urgent Care Registered Nurse to provide rapid assessment, triage, and treatment for non-life-threatening conditions. The RN delivers patient-centered care, administers medications, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe flow and timely escalation if needed.

The role requires an Alaska RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Alaska.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• Clinical competency within 3 months and every 3 years.
• High Risk Competency within 3 months and every year.

Responsabilidades

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized plans of care.
• Administers medications and treatments safely per policy.
• Documents assessments and outcomes accurately in the EHR.
• Triages and manages high-volume walk-in and scheduled visits.
• Provides patient education and supports care coordination.
