Job summary

The SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care across the lifespan in Juneau, Alaska. The RN will deliver culturally sensitive and patient-centered services, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

This position offers a competitive pay range of $41.66 to $58.69 per hour, along with a $25,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance of $10,000 for qualified hires.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Alaska.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• All certifications for area of practice must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Provide patient and family education related to care and discharge needs.
• Collaborate with providers and ancillary staff.
