Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Urgent care or equivalent within the last 3 years or 3 years within the last 4 years.
• Graduate of board approved RN program with 750 clock hours direct supervision.
• High School Diploma OR GED required.
• Colorado RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 3 months of hire.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and patient-centered approach.
• Adherence to Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Kaiser Permanente quality, safety, and emergency policies.
• Evaluates health status through data collection and assessment.
• Analyzes reports and data to identify health care problems and plan.
• Prioritizes patient needs and triages in person or via telephone.
• Provides health teaching and counseling.
• Executes delegated medical functions per physician plan.
• Coordinates and integrates care across services and supports physician practices.
• Advocates for patients and ensures safe, effective care.
