Haywood Regional Hospital is seeking a Radiology Tech for their urgent care team in Canton, NC. This role supports walk-in patients 8:00am–6:30pm, contributing to high-quality imaging and patient safety.

The successful candidate will possess a radiologic technology degree, be licensed, and maintain ARRT certification or eligibilitiy, with BLS within 30 days of hire. Join a team that offloads ER workloads and serves the community.

Qualifications

• Current state Radiologic Technologist license.
• Degree from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification or registry-eligible and maintain registry.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; educate patients on procedures and equipment.
• Prepare and administer contrast media within scope of practice; monitor patient condition.
• Position patient and perform imaging; analyze results and address image quality issues.
