Job summary

Northwest Urgent Care in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform full-scope diagnostic radiographic procedures in the urgent care setting. You will produce high-quality images following physician orders, ensure patient safety, and support efficient patient care with colleagues.

The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure as applicable, and BLS. 1–2 years of experience in radiology or urgent care is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience
• ARRT certification required; state licensure as applicable
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Performs full-scope diagnostic radiographic examinations per orders
• Verifies patient identity and explains procedures to ensure understanding
• Positions patients to obtain optimal images while minimizing radiation exposure
• Operates and maintains radiographic equipment and QC checks
• Documents procedures and imaging details in EHR/PACS
• Adheres to radiation safety and infection prevention protocols
• Supports patient intake and clinical workflow as needed
• Collaborates with providers for timely imaging and patient care
