Novant Health Urgent Care in Murrells Inlet, SC is seeking a Radiological Technologist (FT) to operate x-ray equipment, capture diagnostic images, and support providers in diagnosing injuries. The role includes patient triage, vitals, history review and maintaining patient records in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The successful candidate will hold an accredited radiographic technology degree (1-year minimum) with an SC license, OSHA/HIPAA training, and flexibility for 12-hour shifts and

Qualifications

• 1-year degree in Radiographic technology.
• Current SC license for radiographic technology.
• Limited Practice Radiographer-General Certification accepted.
• Trained in OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Willing to work 12 hour shifts and weekends.
• Willing to work at other centers as needed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment and produce radiographs.
• Triaging and rooming patients; taking vitals and reviewing history.
• Maintain records, daily logs, and QA checks for x-ray unit.
• Ensure infection control and radiation safety; clean and maintain equipment.
• Schedule appointments and relay results to providers.
