Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement high-quality care to service users in mental health crises.
• Develop care and recovery plans with service users, carers and families.
• Provide clinical advice and perform procedures; monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Lead on shift as required and delegate tasks to colleagues.
• Liaise with internal services and external partners to triage referrals and gatekeep inpatient admissions.
• Provide clinical supervision to junior staff and students.
