Job summary

Intermountain Health Logan InstaCare is seeking an Urgent Care Physician (PRN) to join a team of healthcare professionals providing quality care and an excellent patient experience in Logan, Utah. You will practice at Logan InstaCare and North Cache InstaCare.

Requirements include MD or DO from accredited medical school, Pediatrics residency, board certification or eligibility, Utah medical license, DEA, and successful credentialing with EPIC.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
• Residency training in Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.

• You will practice at Logan InstaCare and North Cache InstaCare.
• PRN position with 12 hour shifts from 8AM to 8PM; weekends and holidays required, closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

About this role:

You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

You will practice at Logan InstaCare and North Cache InstaCare.

PRN position; 12 hour shifts 8AM - 8PM; Weekends and holidays required, but closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

What you'll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Residency training in Pediatrics required
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
• The ability to efficiently utilize our electronic health record EPIC
