Job summary

Intermountain Health Logan InstaCare is seeking an Urgent Care Physician to join our team in Logan, UT. This PRN role features 12-hour shifts from 8AM to 8PM, with weekends and holidays required. You will work with a team dedicated to high-quality care and excellent patient experience.

Qualified candidates hold an MD or DO, Pediatrics residency, board eligibility/certification, Utah license, and DEA. EPIC proficiency and credentialing success are essential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Residency training in Pediatrics required.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
• Ability to efficiently utilize our electronic health record EPIC.
