Job summary

Intermountain Health in Utah is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for Logan InstaCare and North Cache InstaCare on a PRN basis. You will join a team of clinicians delivering high-quality patient care on 12-hour shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Weekend and holiday coverage is required, with Thanksgiving and Christmas closed. Applicants must hold an MD or DO, completed pediatrics residency, board-eligibility, Utah license, DEA, and EPIC proficiency.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency training in Pediatrics required.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active Utah medical license, or ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services at Logan InstaCare and North Cache InstaCare.
• Work PRN, with 12-hour shifts (8 AM–8 PM).
• Weekend and holiday coverage required; closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
