Job summary

Included Health is seeking a board-certified physician to provide care to patients of all ages in North Carolina. The physician will have broad clinical expertise and work collaboratively with support teams. Responsibilities include performing examinations, delivering high-quality care, and managing patient records.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care settings, and an active state medical license. Competitive compensation and equity benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of post-residency experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.
• Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted state medical license in at least one state, residing in an IMLC state is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform age-appropriate history and virtual examinations.
• Deliver high quality patient care while maintaining safety.
• Evaluate, triage and manage pediatric and adult patients for acute care.
