Job summary

Included Health is seeking a board-certified physician to provide high-quality care across all ages in urgent and primary care settings. You will document visits, manage acuity, and collaborate with a Medical Director and support teams.

The role requires at least 3 years post-residency experience in high-volume care, experience with telemedicine, and licensure in at least one state with IMLCC eligibility. Evening and weekend shifts are anticipated.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency.
• 3+ years post-residency experience in a fast-paced Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient setting.
• Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and virtual examinations for patients across ages.
• Deliver high quality patient care while maintaining safety.
• Document medical information and review patient history.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Triage and manage pediatric and adult acute care, chronic disease, and mental health conditions.
• Provide care coordination and referrals when needed.
• Educate and counsel patients.
• Maintain knowledge of current medical research and trends.
• Support laboratory result reviews and cross-coverage as needed.
