Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an experienced Physician to join Indigo Health’s float pool serving urgent care clinics across the Pacific Northwest. You’ll work at the top of your license, with strong collaboration and autonomy within a not-for-profit system.

Clinic hours are 8 AM–8 PM, open seven days a week, with two-month advance scheduling and a strong emphasis on work/life balance, professional growth, and comprehensive benefits including tail malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible at time of employment
• Washington license (active/good standing by time of employment)
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in UC, ED or FM setting

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care in urgent care clinics
• Work across regions with Indigo Health float pool as needed
• Collaborate with team to deliver high quality patient care
• Mentor and support fellow providers as desired
