Job summary

Indigo Health, part of MultiCare, seeks an experienced Physician for a float pool to support urgent care clinics across multiple regions. You will work at the top of your license, with opportunities to lead and mentor colleagues while rotating through diverse urgent care settings.

Clinics operate seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM, with schedules created two months in advance. The compensation package highlights a market-leading total rewards philosophy, including competitive salary,

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible at time of employment.
• Active Washington medical license (or in good standing by time of employment).
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association).
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in urgent care, emergency department or family medicine setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care at the top of licensure in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
• Collaborate with a cohesive medical team and mentor junior providers as desired.
• Practice autonomous patient care with suturing, splinting, minor procedures and radiograph interpretation.
• Contribute to a patient-centered experience and drive the Indigo Health model of care.
