Job summary

Indigo Health, part of MultiCare Health System, seeks an experienced Physician to join our float pool supporting urgent care clinics across the Puget Sound region. You will practice at the top of your license while providing autonomous care in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule with 8 AM–8 PM shifts, 7 days a week coverage and opportunities to mentor and lead alongside a collaborative team. Competitive compensation and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible at time of employment.
• Washington license active and in good standing.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a UC, ED or FM setting.

Responsibilities

• Clinics open 7 days a week, 8 AM–8 PM.
• Schedule created 2 months in advance.
• Clinic locations for float pool may vary; same-day shift changes may occur.
• Must be confident in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures and x-ray reads.
• Treat all ages and practice autonomously.
