Job summary

Indigo Health, part of MultiCare Health System, seeks an experienced physician to join our float pool supporting urgent care clinics. You will practice at the top of your license, collaborate with a 5-star clinical team and provide care across multiple locations in a not-for-profit regional health system.

Clinics operate 8 AM–8 PM daily; you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule created two months in advance, with opportunities to lead and mentor colleagues in a modern, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

Board certified/eligible at time of employment
Washington license (active/good standing) by time of employment
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in an UC, ED or FM setting

Responsibilities

Open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM
Schedule created 2 months in advance with potential same-day shift changes
Clinics location may vary for float pool; provide autonomous care including suturing, splinting and minor procedures
Lead and mentor fellow providers as desired, with a focus on collaboration and peer support
