The Corvallis Clinic, part of the Optum family, seeks physicians experienced in acute care to join its expanding urgent care team in Oregon. The role offers full-time and part-time positions with weekday hours and no nights or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Emergency Medicine.
• Experience with treating all age groups.
• Oregon licensure prior to start date required.
• Oregon DEA license prior to start date required.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care diagnosis and treatment within urgent care/ED workflows.
• Access to Level II trauma ED and on-site imaging/lab services.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and specialists for patient care.
• Deliver efficient triage with fast-track options and virtual care support.
• Mentor and collaborate with nursing and support staff.

We have full-time and part-time positions with clinic hours Monday‑Friday from 8am – 6:30pm, with providers working 8 – 5:30 or 9 – 6:30 with dedicated time for lunch.

Your Practice:

• Acute care offering diagnosis and treatment with workflows designed by urgent care & ED physicians
• Access to Regional Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department
• Efficient triage offering acute and fast track lanes of care and virtual care support
• Comprehensive imaging and laboratory services available on site including same‑day ultrasound, EKG, CT and X‑Ray
• Well‑established team of physicians and APCs, all supported by dedicated staff
• Specialist provider support through consult & follow‑up visits

Required Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med‑Peds, or Emergency Medicine
• Experience with treating all age groups
• Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon required prior to start date
• Current Oregon DEA certificate required prior to start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Urgent Care, Immediate Care, or Emergency Department experience as a physician for more than 2 years preferred

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $231,500-402,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
