Dignity Health's Chandler Regional Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant to collaboratively develop and manage comprehensive patient care plans in an urgent care/hospital setting. You will work with staff physicians and nurses to coordinate discharge and pain management while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and patient-centered care.

Key requirements include completion of an approved PA program, 3 years of clinical experience, and AZ PA licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of approved Physician Assistant program.
• Three years clinical experience.
• PA experience in evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions and injuries common to patients of all ages (e.g. chest pain, abdominal pain, infections, laceration repair, orthopedic injuries).
• Experience in utilizing and interpreting common lab tests, EKGs and X-ray studies.
• Physician Assistant: AZ
• DEA-Control Sub Cert: AZ
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans in partnership with physicians and nursing staff.
• Ensure timely documentation and high patient/family satisfaction while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
• Manage discharge planning and pain management as part of care plans.
• Assist with patient flow and maintain high-quality care in the urgent care setting.
• Maintain professional licensure/certification as required and support staff training and development.
