Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Associate/Assistant (PA) to join as Lead Provider in our urgent care clinic. The Lead Provider serves as the clinical leader for staff, mentoring new-grad providers and allied professionals to deliver high-quality, efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies and PA certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care: conduct health assessments, exams, and histories.
• Order or interpret tests; manage abnormal findings and treatment plans.
• Educate and counsel patients on health, regimens, and wellness.
• Prepare complete medical records and sign notes using EMR.
• Collaborate with clinic team for timely dispositions and care coordination.
• Mentor new-grad providers and staff; participate in ongoing education.
