Job summary

MainStreet Family Urgent Care in Pelham, Alabama, is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join a high-volume urgent care team. You will provide patient-centered care across age ranges in a fast-paced setting and lead a small clinical team after orientation and training.

The role offers on-site work with extended hours, ample training, and a supportive environment designed to help early-career PAs grow their clinical skills and confidence, including mentorship and CME resources.

Qualifications

• Requires Physician Assistant Board Certification and MSN or higher education.
• Experience with EMR and basic office software is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients across age groups in urgent care.
• Perform minor procedures and splinting.
• Review X-rays with Radiologist on occasion.
• Provide telemedicine and occupational medicine services.
