MainStreet Family Care in Valley, Alabama is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced urgent care team. You will provide patient-focused care and work across urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine to help patients feel better FAST.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant Board Certification required.
• MSN, or higher education required (New graduate friendly!)
• Are you DOT certified or willing to become DOT certified (we cover the cost of the certification)?
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Care for patients within your scope of practice across ages.
• Apply treatment protocols and deliver high-quality urgent care.
• Lead a small team of medical assistants and collaborate with providers.
• Review diagnostics and coordinate with radiology and specialists as needed.
• Participate in telemedicine and occupational medicine services.
