Job description

Top Medical Center is actively recruiting full-time Urgent Care Physicians to join our clinics within our collaborative network, where you will have easy access to system-wide support while working alongside a highly motivated and skilled Urgent Care team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients. Our Urgent Care teams have produced multiple 'Provider of the Year' award winners within our organization.

About the position:

1. Clinic hours open 7 days/week
2. General schedule: 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday; weekends 8-hour shifts; every other weekend (2/month)
3. Limited call expectations
4. Average number of patients seen per day: 20-25; peak flu/cold season slightly higher (25-30)
5. Support staff: average 3 PSRs per shift, 5 MAs, 3 Providers
6. Practitioners: At least one physician is staffed with APPs (ARNP/PAs) per shift

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Compensation:

• $275,000 + incentives (productivity, quality, extra shift incentives applicable)
• CME stipend: up to $3,000 annually
