Join our team as a Physician with Indigo. This is a Float Pool position for our Puget Sound Region Urgent Care Clinics.

Regions:

• North Region: Marysville, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Bothell, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue
• Central Region: Seattle, West Seattle, Tukwila, Burien, Kent, Federal Way, Covington, Maple Valley, Milton, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Orting
• South Region: Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Puyallup, Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full Time: 14 shifts/month, schedules created two months in advance with team input, offering flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.
• Compensation: Earning potential of $350k+, aligned with Indigo's market-leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Physicians.
• Schedule: 8am-8pm

Position Summary

Indigo Health seeks an experienced Physician for our cohesive and innovative team. This float position supports our urgent care clinics. Providers are passionate about making healthcare simpler, friendlier, and more accessible, driven by collaboration, science, and delivering a 'wow' experience for each patient.

Providers work at the top of their license with opportunities to lead and mentor. We offer a better way to work in healthcare, empowering providers with focus, peer support, and a clinical team.

The Opportunity

• Clinics open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.
• Schedules are created two months in advance.
• Location may vary; same-day shift changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Must be confident in suturing, splinting, minor procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously.
• Competitive salary, benefits, and paid malpractice are offered.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible at employment start.
• Active/good standing Washington license at employment start.
• DEA, NPI, prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in UC, ED, or FM setting.
