Job summary

Skagit Regional Health is seeking a Per Diem clinician for our busy Urgent Care department. The role supports three locations with shift lengths of 8, 10, or 12 hours and hospital employment with an established referral base.

We use EPIC EMR system system-wide to ensure smooth patient care. The ideal candidate has ACGME residency, board certification in EM/FM/IM, 2–4 years’ experience, WA license, and active BLS.

Qualifications

• Residency from an ACGME accredited program.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• 2–4 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain by time of start.
• Active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.

Highlights

• Join a cohesive team of experienced physicians, APPs, MAs, nurses, and other clinic staff.
• This position would help cover shifts at any of our three Urgent Care locations at the Station Square, Riverbend and Smokey Point clinics.
• Shift lengths vary between 8, 10 or 12 hours.
• This is a hospital employed position with support from an existing in house primary and specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine required.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by time of start.
• Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $747.93 per 4 hour shift
