This hospital-employed, full-time role offers a 36-hour patient contact hour work week, a Monday-Friday outpatient schedule, and access to a large in-house specialty referral base.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Board Eligible/Board Certification required.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
• Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient family medicine across the lifespan within clinic setting.
• Collaborate with MAs, nurses, and support staff in team-based care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with emphasis on community health.

Highlights

• Thrive in team-oriented environments with providers, MAs, nurses, and other support staff.
• Monday-Friday outpatient only schedule, with some potential extended hours. Opportunity to work a 4-day work week.
• Our providers see a good mix of chronic and acute patients across the lifespan. Basic in office procedures performed in clinic, based on provider comfort level and preference.
• Light phone call rotations of clinic phone call only. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
• This is a full-time position with a 36-hour patient contact hour work expectation.
• This is a hospital employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available.

Qualifications

• Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.
