Job summary

Skagit Regional Health is seeking a Per Diem physician for our busy Urgent Care department. Join a cohesive team of physicians, APPs, MAs, nurses and clinic staff providing compassionate care across three Urgent Care locations: Station Square, Riverbend and Smokey Point.

Coverage shifts vary (8, 10 or 12 hours) with hospital employment and in-house referral support. The EPIC EMR platform is used system-wide to coordinate care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine required.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by time of start.
• Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.
• The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.
