Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required; 2–3 years preferred.
• Working knowledge of contracted insurances and third-party requirements preferred.
• Able to handle high call volume and perform data entry accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and guide patients through self-service kiosks.
• Schedule walk-in appointments and verify patient insurance information.
• Explain billing procedures, collect co-payments/deductibles, and balance daily monies.
• Prepare/file patient forms and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of information.
• Monitor patient portal messages and maintain lobby presentation and patient flow.
