Job summary

• Register patients, schedule appointments, and complete paperwork.
• Verify and update patient and insurance information.
• Collect co-pays and explain financial responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records and notify providers of patient arrival.
• Balance daily financial activities per Cash Control Policy.
