WellNow Urgent Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician to join our team. You will support both the front and clinical operations, handling patient intake, vital signs, basic testing, and coordinating care with providers.

• 6+ months of experience as a Patient Care Technician or similar role.
• Preferred experience in Urgent Care or Phlebotomy.
• CPR certification required or able to obtain.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take patient history and obtain vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy for laboratory samples if certified.
• Complete paperwork for lab tests.
• Perform point of care testing (strep, influenza, glucose, etc.).
• Assist providers with exams and testing.
• Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Ensure equipment is functioning and rooms stocked.
