WellNow Urgent Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support front-end and clinical operations. You will take patient histories, monitor vital signs, and assist with exams and testing in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Role requires 6+ months in a related healthcare role, CPR certification, and ability to work well in a team. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, including continuing education and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a Patient Care Technician or similar role
• Preferred Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, or Phlebotomy experience
• CPR certification required
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and patient service skills

Responsabilités

• Take patient history and record vital signs
• Perform phlebotomy for lab samples if certified
• Complete lab paperwork and EMR documentation
• Conduct point-of-care testing (strep, flu, glucose, etc.)
• Assist providers with exams and procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA) and clean, stocked exam rooms
