Moab Regional Hospital is seeking a Physician Assistant/Family Nurse Practitioner for its urgent care clinic in Moab, UT. The role covers outpatient care for patients of all ages in a hospital-based setting with autonomous practice within scope.

Expect independent decision-making and collaboration with the emergency department when needed. The anticipated schedule follows urgent care clinic hours, with weekend and holiday shifts required; licensure, DEA and CPR certifications are essential, plus

Competenze

• Current Utah state license as a Physician Assistant.
• Eligible for state Controlled Substance License II–V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II–V.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications for healthcare providers.
• Two years’ experience in urgent care preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient urgent care for all ages.
• Diagnose and treat conditions within scope of practice.
• Order or perform tests and imaging; interpret results.
• Prescribe medications and discuss side effects.
• Maintain patient records and document visits; follow up as needed.
