Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active Texas NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain.
• National certification appropriate to the provider's discipline.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Active BLS certification.
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients across all age groups.
• Willingness to work weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts based on location needs.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (certification fees covered).
