Job summary

FastMed Urgent Care is seeking an Urgent Care APP for our Lumberton location with a $20K sign-on bonus. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling and competitive salary with lucrative bonus potential, alongside a generous PTO package.

Ideal candidates will have graduated from an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant school, and possess at least one-year experience in Emergency or Family Medicine. We provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant school.
• Minimum of one-year experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Primary Care Medicine.
• Prior experience in an outpatient medical clinic or urgent care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain an adequate history and perform an appropriate physical examination.
• Order pertinent laboratory and radiographic studies based on initial evaluation.
• Make appropriate therapeutic decisions in conjunction with the patient.
• Administer appropriate medication or treatment as necessary.
• Perform minor surgical procedures.
