Job summary

Carbon Health Moorpark is seeking a part‑time or full‑time Urgent Care Clinician (PA/NP) to join our national network. You will provide patient‑centered care, work with a high‑performing team, and leverage CarbyOS for efficient documentation.

Compensation includes a 401(k) match, weekend/holiday differential, and productivity bonuses up to 28% of base pay, along with comprehensive benefits and PTO. This role supports growth and innovative care delivery in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree and valid state license.
• RN license, NP certification and valid state license for Nurse Practitioner.
• Certification requirements include DOT and BLS.
• Authorization to work in the United States is assumed for clinical roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&D, and splinting.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to improve patient outcomes and access to care.
• Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain clinic flow (about 4–5 per hour).

Education

Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification

Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license
