Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in the Bee Cave/Austin area seeks a Physician Assistant for our Urgent Care clinic. The role focuses on evaluating and treating new and established patients with a collaborative team and strong clinical support, including dedicated staff and imaging services.

We offer structured onboarding, mentorship, and a quality-focused environment. No call responsibilities, weekend coverage, and a rotating schedule provide variety in a busy, high-volume practice in Texas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Texas.
• NCCPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with comprehensive or problem-focused exams and histories.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics as needed.
• Prescribe or recommend therapies and interventions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Counsel patients on medical processes, medications, and health promotion.
