Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating new and established patients, providing same-day visits, and following up with care plans. Onboarding is comprehensive and mentorship-focused to ensure a smooth transition into this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP in Texas with APRN credential.
• Experience: 1 year preferred for APPs.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with comprehensive or focused exams and histories.
• Order, interpret labs and diagnostics to guide care.
• Prescribe and adjust medications and therapies.
• Develop treatment plans with supervising physicians and team.
• Counsel patients on medication use, lifestyle and health promotion.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate referrals as needed.
