MainStreet Family Care in Clayton, NC is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant to provide patient-centered urgent care across all ages. You will lead a small team, handle a wide scope of practice, and participate in telemedicine and occupational medicine as needed.

New graduates are welcome after HQ orientation and trainings. The role offers robust support, procedures, and opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant Board Certification is required.
• MSN or higher level education required; new grads welcome.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain it is needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute conditions across age groups within urgent care scope.
• Perform minor procedures and suturing as needed.
• Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and manage imaging reviews.
• Provide telemedicine when appropriate and coordinate care with team.
• Lead a small team of medical assistants and support staff.
