Qualifications

• State Medical License required
• Controlled Substance Registration required
• Certification as an Advanced Practitioner
• PALS and ACLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Background in laceration repair, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, and orthopedic-related procedures
• Strong background in performing routine urgent care procedures

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across all age groups in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
• Perform common urgent care procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, wound management, splinting, and foreign body removal.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, nursing teams, and specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
