Advocate Aurora Health seeks a part-time Physician Assistant for AMG Edgerton - Immediate Care. The role requires PA licensure in the practice states and national PA-C certification, plus DEA registration.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, provide patient care, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing conditions, ordering tests, and educating patients.

Qualifications

• Active PA license(s) in state(s) of practice.
• Active PA national board certification (PA-C).
• Active DEA registration prior to hire.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant.
• BLS and/or ACLS, PALS, NRP required by or within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, diagnoses, and develops treatment plans appropriate for age and condition.
• Orders, performs, interprets diagnostic studies and prescribes therapies.
• Manages care with an interprofessional team and makes referrals as needed.
• Documents care accurately in the EMR and complies with coding/billing.
• Participates in quality, safety and peer-review activities and meetings.
• Educates patients and families on health promotion and disease management.
