Adventist Health in Hanford, California seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team. You will evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, treat, order tests, and coordinate care with physicians and staff to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Urgent care experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain CA NP license or eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and chronic health conditions.
• Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform detailed physical examinations.
• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic and laboratory test results.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, disease prevention, and overall wellness.
• Promote continuity of care through follow-up treatment and care coordination.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records and patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
