Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing.

• National NP certification or eligible; must credential at TMC.
• Current Arizona RN and NP licenses with prescriptive authority.
• Must obtain and maintain DEA license for prescribing controlled substances.
• Must obtain and maintain Basic Life Support certification.
• Per diem schedule requires minimum 4, 12-hour shifts per month.
