Job summary

Tucson Medical Center is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for its TMCOne Urgent Care team in Tucson, AZ. This is a per diem role requiring a minimum of four 12-hour shifts per month and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

The candidate must hold a Master’s degree in nursing, be a licensed NP in Arizona with prescriptive authority, and have two or more years of urgent care or primary care experience. National certification or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Two (2) or more years of NP experience in urgent care or primary care.
• National NP certification or eligibility; must credential at TMC; Arizona RN and NP license incl. prescriptive authority; DEA license; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary or urgent care to new and established patients within TMC Urgent Care.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.
