NextCare Urgent Care in Arvada, CO seeks a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy urgent care team. Enjoy autonomy, variety, and meaningful community impact with a supportive clinic culture.

Schedules feature three 12-hour shifts, no after-hours tasks, and monthly schedules released in advance. Strong mentorship and pathways for growth are provided in a high-volume, low-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado NP or PA license.
• FNP board certification through ANCC or AANP (for NPs).
• NCCPA certification for PAs and active DEA license.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in urgent care setting.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies including labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing, splinting, wound care.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions clearly.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR.
• Code and bill services per guidelines and maintain productivity.
• Follow NextCare clinical standards and values in practice.
