NextCare Urgent Care in Arvada, Colorado seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our urgent care team. The role offers three 12-hour shifts per week with clinic hours 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM and a compensation range of $60–$80 per hour plus productivity bonuses. Full benefits are included.

This position emphasizes variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact within a supportive, fast-paced clinic environment. Experience in urgent care is preferred.

Qualifications

• FNP board certification with ANCC or AANP.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• Active BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an urgent care setting
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
• Order and interpret labs and imaging
• Perform urgent care procedures (suturing, splinting, wound care)
• Communicate diagnoses and discharge instructions
• Document care in the EHR
• Code and bill services
• Maintain productivity per urgent care benchmarks
