Job summary

American Family Care Elizabeth is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (NPs or PAs) for urgent care centers in Elizabeth, NJ. You will deliver high-quality medical care to walk-in patients across ages, with on-site labs and x-ray capabilities.

You will report to the Medical Director, manage patient care during shifts, supervise staff, complete charts on time, and follow clinical policies. Our compensation plan is based on a highly competitive hourly rate, with malpractice insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• NJ medical license for PA/NP and NJ CDS card.
• Federal DEA license.
• Board-certification in a relevant field.
• ACLS and DOT certifications.
• Prior urgent care experience.
• Ability to read x-rays and treat all ages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical care to urgent care patients on shift.
• Supervise and direct center clinical staff.
• Ensure timely completion of patient charts and adherence to policies.
• Mentor clinical staff and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
