Prisma Health Urgent Care in Clemson, SC seeks qualified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for on-site care in a part-time or full-time schedule. You will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting and collaborate with center physicians.

The role offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, 401K and opportunities for career growth. Applicants must hold an active SC license and NP- or PA-certification.

Competenze

• Current and valid license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in South Carolina.
• Advanced degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current DEA registration.
• Experience with suturing and drainage of abscesses.
• Experience reading diagnostic studies including x-rays and EKGs.
• BLS certification (provided if needed).
• Eligibility for credentialing set forth by WellStreet Urgent Care.
• Urgent Care, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and staff.

• Plan, evaluate, and implement high quality medical care with appropriate resource management for adults and children.
• Adhere to service and courtesy standards and deliver high patient satisfaction.
• Provide patient care that complies with bylaws, rules and policies.
• Serve as a resource for patient/family and staff.
• Document all services and maintain accurate records.
• Complete documentation and facilitate reimbursement.
• Participate in meetings and activities supporting urgent care operations.
• Maintain certifications (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, or NALS) and pursue specialty training as required.
• Report to Regional VP of Clinical Operations and/or ACOD.
