Qualifications

• At least 1 year of urgent care experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience; not for new graduates.
• Current DOT certification.
• Active and unrestricted FNP or PA licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat urgent care conditions with efficiency and compassion.
• Perform suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, wound care and related procedures.
• Interpret initial digital X-rays and EKGs.
• Complete DOT physicals and occupational health visits per standards.
• Collaborate with medical assistants and providers to deliver care.
• Use Athena EMR following clinical guidelines and maintain documentation.
• Support clinic operations and team environment.
