Job summary

Harbor Health in Austin, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Express Care clinic. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for acute and urgent conditions, with collaboration across our clinical practice team.

We value strong clinical judgment, patient education, and the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team. The APP may cover one Saturday per month and benefits reflect a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice as NP or PA in Texas.
• Board certification required (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA or equivalent).
• DEA license and prescriptive authority in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with acute, urgent, and episodic conditions in Express Care.
• Obtain histories and perform physical exams.
• Order and interpret diagnostics as appropriate.
