Job summary

Envision Physician Services seeks a Lead Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urgent Care team at CommUnityCare in Austin, TX. This leadership role requires at least one year of supervisory experience and an active Texas NP or PA license.

You will oversee clinical operations, mentor APPs, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality patient care in a busy setting with Epic EMR and Dragon Dictation. Typical shifts are 7a–7p or 8a–8p, averaging ~60 visits per day.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Texas (required).
• Board certification from AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA.
• 1+ year supervisory/leadership experience.
• Clinical experience in urgent care, family medicine, emergency medicine, or internal medicine is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
