Qualifications

• Assesses patients with comprehensive or problem-focused exams.
• Orders and interprets labs and diagnostics.
• Prescribes medications and performs procedures.
• Develops and implements treatment plans with team collaboration.
• Counsels patients on medications, health promotion, and nutrition.
• Maintains records and facilitates referrals.
• Provides consultation services within scope of practice.
• Performs invasive procedures as delegated.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients by performing comprehensive or problem-focused exams and taking medical histories.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests to guide care decisions.
• Prescribe medications and perform procedures following approved policies.
• Formulate treatment plans and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Counsel patients and families on treatment, medications, nutrition, and health promotion.
